Avocado with Ground Peanut Dressing recipe - 188 calories

2 tablespoons peanut
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 / 2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 / 2 (sweet or hot) teaspoon paprika
salt (to taste)
cayenne pepper (to taste)
fresh chives, for garnish

1. Peel the avocados, remove the pit and cube the flesh.
2. Place the avocados in a bowl with lemon juice.
3. Grinding the peanuts, so you have small pieces.
